How long does shipping take?
We offer insured and traceable shipping on all orders. Every order is shipped within 1-2 business days!
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund. Just send us a message first and we'll guide you through it.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in cm and inches. If you're between two sizes we recommend sizing up our pieces are designed to drape beautifully, not to fit tight.
Where are your kaftans made?
Every piece is designed in Morocco. Handcrafted by skilled artisans whose craft has been passed down through generations, then shipped from our atelier.
How should I care for my piece?
Hand wash cold or dry clean only. Do not wring or tumble dry lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Store folded to preserve embellishments and shape.
